Mashiach as told by a little girl

Postby BarDaas on Wed Apr 02, 2008 3:37 am

I was just at 770 Eastern Parkway, the Rebbe's shul and I met a little Israeli girl who was there with her mother. I'll be surprised if she is even 3 years old. Probably closer to 2. She wanted to go into the shul in the men's section so I took her in since her mother couldn't go, of course.

She kept walking around and around circling the shul. She kept telling me that she's looking for Mashiach! (BTW this girl and her mother didn't seem like Chabadniks)

She said that Mashiach is sometimes down here and other times he goes up to shamayim. I asked her what is Mashiach waiting for and she said he was up in shamayim hitting someone, a "rasha" (a bad person). Then she said when he comes he's going to crash through the ceiling of 770 and slowly come down to the ground.

I asked her when Mashiach will do this and she said she didn't know.

She said that we have to look for Mashiach and even though we get tired we have to keep looking for him!

MOSHIACH NOW!

We should merely accept this as an excited little girl talking about the comments her mother told her about Rabbi Menachem, not prophetic words. Although I have much respect for this Rabbi and all the acts of chesed he has done, I will never accept him as Moshiach for certain reasons. We should only look for prophecies fulfilled. Interesting post though.

My good fellow Jew ,
You accept whatever you want as a prophetic proof of what you appear to know better than us all . You will forgive me though , if I take BarDaas story as a sign of hope that made my day.
For your choice of never accepting " this Rabbi " as Mashiah , you are entitle to your own opinion , but you will agree that the matter doesn't belong to anyone but Hashem .
Hoping that we will all be able to recognize Mashiah , and accept him when he will be revealed to us , I believe that we should focus on Tshuva with Joy whereof choice belongs to each and everyone of us .
I wish us all to be enlighten by the revealed truth NOW . Amen.
