RAAVAD's prophecy from about 1,000 years ago

The RAAVAD ראב"ד is one of the most important rabbis during the time of the ראשונים.

According to the RAAVAD this last year of SHMITAH was the last year preceeding the new era of the redemption.

His presumed writings in IMREI BINA.

Would anyone be willing to translate it from ARAMEIC?

As the passage reads:

בשתא שבע מאות ושתין ותמני באלף שתיתאה...

Which is the year 5768, last year.

Also it is written in the explanatory text as follows:

והייתה לה' המלוכה השתרר"ה דויד מלך ישראל חי וקיים מניין השישיה ציבות הללו אלף ותשע מאות ותשעה ושלושים מנין ימות העולם מזמן החורבן עד היובל הגדול

i.e. 1939 years from the year of the destruction of the second temple at 70 c.e. which brings us again to year 2008.

Can anyone here make a study on this SEFER? most importantly, I would like to ask anyone about the authenticity of this book as I not been able to obtain it in full. It can be purchased in the USA I think.
