This looks like the work of the Netivos Tzoiah, the Chantarisher Rov, who lives in Kfar Shaul Bet, Yerushalayim and is allowed out only on Purim.
Seriously, I hope that this site does not become a mess where any deluded individual who thinks that his teudat zehut or Social Security number contains a remez that he is the long awaited Masriach can post his shtus.
