A Jew Believes in Moshe Rabbeinu, in Hashem, in Moshiach

Daniela wrote:Of course we dont trust in politicians, in rabbis, in Moshe Rabeinu, or in Moshiach the King, we only trust in G-d.

As Moshe Rabbeinu himself says: "Anochi omeid bein Hashem uueineichem. I am standing between Hashem and you." (Devarim 5:5).

And the posuk which we say in davening every morning: "v'yaaminu baShem u-vaMoshe avdo"--"And they believed in Hashem and in His servant Moshe"

Why? As explained in Chassidus: without Moshe Rabbeinu there is no trust in G-d. Moshe is Hashem's "faithful shepherd" (Raya Mehemna) which means "shepherd of faith" for the Jewish people (his "flock"). It is Moshe Rabbeinu who draws down the innate emunah that a Jew has in Hashem and enables the Jew to make it part of his consciousness.

And it is the same with Melech haMoshiach, only much moreso.

We all know that, Yaakov Nathan. We all know that there is no Torah, except through Moshe Rabeinu, through all the Rabbis who are mentioned in the Talmud, and of course, much more so is going to be with Moshiach. Not sure what your point is, as in our days, none of them are alive in the flesh in a revealed form known to everyone. You have been very quickly to give me mussar because I tried to write a few lines that a non-jew without background in the subject could understand, of course you are very aware that i have trusted a "rabbi" because of his credentials and that he has destroyed my own life and many people's life; you are also aware, because I told you long time ago and in a verifiable manner, that his credentials are completely false, that his rabbi (a well-known name and the one I trusted) revoked his smicha a long time ago and cut his ties with him and said (he passed away recently) that this person does not act in his name; that any rabbi who shows him basic respect (we show basic respect even to reform "rabbis", lest their misguided followers misunderstand and lose their kvod and add to their mistakes) gets to be falsely depicted as supporter - while some of those very rabbis, on the contrary, go around warning people about this sad soul; and so on and so forth. You chose to stand silent and let your brothers' and sisters' blood be spilled, instead of finding out for yourself the facts, and after having verified them to be true, warning the people - especially those on this very board, who consider you a teacher - who are being misled by that sad soul. Is this the way a shaliach of the Rebbe (aren't you his chassid?) behaves?? I'll ask the Rebbe himself in good time. You can hurry to delete this and my profile on the board, but Hashem keeps a copy. See you in front of Moshiach.

Daniella, I only intended to clarify the very important point that we do trust in Moshe Rabbeinu and in Moshiach. No mussar was intended!

(As for the other issue you mention in the post, I don't know this "rabbi" to whom you are referring.)

5770 is תש"ע which phonetically spells out "teisha" = 9.

In the kaballah the number 9 represents emes = truth c.f. just like the number 6 represents sheker = lies.

In Malachi 3:22-24, the final verses of the prophets section of tanach, it is talking about the arrival of Elijah the prophet before the "the great and awesome day of Hashem..." The word zichru that starts verse 22 has a zayin that is enlarged. If anyone knows the reason why it's enlarged, can someone please explain why? Anyway, I know the letter zayin is seven, so I thought that maybe if I skip seven letters, I might find something, and I think I may have. Seven letters after the large zayin is the letter tav, skip one letter and there's a shin, skip one more letter and there's an ayin. Thats tav shin ayin encoded with one skip between each letter starting exactly seven letters after the enlarged zayin! You can check for yourselves. Can this just be by chance? Can someone at least say why the zayin is larger?
