Stop to think: the name שדרות is the plural of the word שדרה, which means spine or BACKBONE.
Because we (each of us personally, not "everyone else") don't show BACKBONE for Torah and Yiddishkeit, we get a government of Israel that has no backbone and lets the city of SDEROT ("BACKBONES") takes a pounding WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING!
The term is "GAON YAAKOV"--the pride of a Jew in doing Torah and Mitzvos. Not the gold mogen dovid around the neck pride, not the tzahal kochi v'otzem yadi pride of the medina. REAL JEWISH PRIDE that gives a Yid REAL JEWISH BACKBONE.
When we will "stand up" to be proud Torah-true Yidden, everything else will follow!
